Located in an attractive neighborhood overlooking West Vancouver. The room was at the back of the house, enjoying a beautiful yard. Unit was well stocked with a coffee set up, soap, shampoo, and conditioner in a walk-in shower, plenty of towels.
Be aware that good parking is provided on the street, but there is a graded driveway to the house and then you walked down steps to the back of the home to get to the unit. The hostess was careful to show us the path, offered to have her son’s move our luggage. If you have a mobility issue, suggest you speak with the hostess.

Beautiful little suite round the back of someone's home.
I wish it was clearer there was a fridge we could use OUTSIDE the room... we arrrived at night and missed seeing it so our food went off overnight

The hosts made a real effort to provide a great space. They were very respectful of privacy and quiet. I loved the little patio with a fridge. Restaurants and coffee shops near by were great. Walks along the promenade were great.
I would have found a tv helpful along with a small chair. My weather was good but if it was cold and rainy the patio wouldn’t have been an option.

Great experience. It is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy and frequent access to downtown Vancouver by public transportation so no need to worry about parking. Also you will find everything to prepare yourself a breakfast.
It took us a moment to find the fridge :-)
