A limpeza, a organização, a facilidade pra fazer checkin e checkout.
A localização não é muito boa.

Like the name says it’s Hidden. First the door looks sketchy but everything is so safe and pretty once you enter your floor. The contact via the booking chat was great and the welcoming was more than friendly! A lot of stores close by, enough food options in the area and the people who live in the building and around were also friendly. Don’t judge the outside. In 30-40 mins walk you are at Trastevere, palatine hill and the bath’s of Carcalla. Easy acces to the airport as the station is 1 min from the hotel. And on the way to the city center you will see the actual hidden pyramide in Rome which was a surprise to see.
Also important with the current state of the world. We saw the protests before we had to go to Rome and had a lot of info thanks to the host. Every question was answered. On our last day 30/10 there were also protests and we only noticed helicopters and some police at the main road. But no issues or noise at the hotel. If we didn’t check the news, we would not have known.
So if you were unsure aboit this hotel because of google maps. Don’t be. It’s safe, clean and the owners are nice!
For the other people complaining about small stuff, just ask. We needed another trash bag and if you asked it, you got it. Loud people is a people problem and lack of social skills and not the hotels fault.
Be chill like Italy, have a Tiramisu, have a Limoncello and calm down ☺️
