Mala gestión y comunicación

El sitio está bien ubicado

Que no se puede comunicar uno antes con el personal para poder coordinar la entrada y aparte que si llegas más tarde te cobran una tarifa me parece demasiado exagerado

Très mauvaise expérience, autant au niveau du confort, que du relationnel.

L'emplacement est assez pratique.

La propreté n'est pas au rdv : j'ai trouvé des cheveux sur une serviette et une chaussette sous le lit (voir photos). Il n'y a pas d'intimité : la salle de bain partagée, qui fait aussi toilettes, ne ferme pas à clé. Je n'ai pas réussi à ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre et je n'ai pas vu de volets. La lampe de chevet ne fonctionne pas. Et pour couronner le tout : on m'a demandé 20€ supplémentaires dès mon arrivée car mon train est arrivé en retard et m'a donc fait arriver 30 min après l'heure prévue mais l'hôte n'a rien voulu savoir (et il fallait que je fasse le virement absolument sur le moment, devant la femme qui m'a accueillie, pour qu'elle puisse faire une photo de la preuve du virement).
