The hotel is located very close to many attractions and very easy to get around. It is basically in the middle of Manhattan and you can walk either uptown or downtown which is very convenient. I think this is the best area to stay in if you want to get around to multiple places in Manhattan. The room was comfortable and has everything I needed, they also assisted with some packages that were arriving and easy to collect. Very close to multiple bars and restaurants so you really have your choice of what you want to enjoy. Overall it was a very pleasant stay
So with being so central and lots of restaurants & bars the city that never sleeps is very true. I often sleep at home with very little noise and so when you are not used to that you can find yourself finding it a bit difficult to sleep during the weekends as its very busy in the area.

Staff at front desk was very nice and attentive
Air conditioning was not great despite several attempts to reset system - but maybe a problem only in this room …

the only thing i liked was the proximity to my meetings
Location is not ideal, it all started with the sign on the wall letting us know the street could get quite lively and that there were ear plugs in the night stand.
Glass shower door did not close all the way
