Unique hotel vibe and a great location
Street noise through old windows, and the plumbing has a life of its own

Housekeeping very polite. And one person in the front desk too. The front desk seemed too informal.
One morning that a homeless got in the hotel, without being noticed. He got inside the same elevator with my wife. She saw him and left the elevator. Then, he just runned outside.
What would have happened if the elevator doors closed??
There was no security personnel around. A very serious problem that needs to be adressed internally.
In the lobby there were several people that were not guests...Then, more security should be present.

The location, amenities, and service generally was brilliant!
The service by some staff could have been a bit more considered and careful.

Great location, easy to get east/west/north/south. Friendly staff. Gym in basement a bit small but perfectly fine.
Room was dark and dingy. Old carpets, uneven floor. Only one main light. Windows old, difficult to open, and very noisy from the street. Curtains poor and let a lot of light through. Shower had no temperature control. Lobby downstairs was as dark as a cavern. Crazy poor value for money.
