The room was comfy. The water pressure was awesome! I loved that there was a stumptown and milk bar and black seed bagel all connected. Location was perfect as well. I liked that there was a full size fridge too.
I wish there was a coffee maker in the room. All we had was a kettle for tea, but I don't think the tea was free even. It was part of the mini bar. There was apparently some live music going on in the lobby one night, and I wish the events and happenings were more clearly communicated because that would have been fun to attend.

The rooms smell like cheap gas station freshener. Really offensive and chemical toxic.

It is incredibly well located, right by a number of train stations and an endless number of places to eat or drink at.
The room was actually quite large for New York City standards and the housekeeping was very diligent. Even on days where we left in the afternoon, we would come back to our clean room.
The service was pretty good. No one asked for tips and everyone was pretty attentive during our stay.
In New York City, you can't really ask for more from a hotel. It's well located, it's not small, it's clean, the elevators worked. I was happy!
The lobby lighting is strangely dark.

It was is a very good location. Good bar.
We were allocated a room which when we complained about no WiFi, the reception acknowledging that this was a known problem…..and yet we had been given the room anyway. We were relocated at 11.30pm which was not ideal and the receptionist was frankly rude.
