Location, room with three beds, coffee shop and pizza in the restaurant.
We stayed in two separate rooms… both were musty smelling. No fans in the bathrooms. The bathrooms are cute, but need a shelf somewhere for people to put their toiletries!! Bed in our first room was sooo old and uncomfortable. I felt like I was rolling out of it all night long!

Location was good. The bunk bed on top of the queen bed meant a genuine room for 3 in NYC, which is rare.
Dark and dingy corridors
AC not working well
Crazy that they charge a “resort” fee - all they offer is unlimited bottled water.
