Clean, good location
Room is one of 3 in a basement suite so can hear people coming and going / showering at different hours but that’s out of the control of operators

Clean room, clean kitchen, clean bathrooms, spacious room for the price. Hosts accommodating, if you ask to arrive slighty earlier. Had to have makeup done before performing for a event, hosts expressed interest and were fine with a stylist coming by.
1 bathroom was slighty competitive sometimes. The door to enter, was sticky so you had to make sure you closed it properely. Unsure what i did not like apart from general opinions like that. Was good, nothing really what to complain about
