Struttura molto nuova e pulita, check-in 24 ore.

The hotel is modern and very clean, with comfortable beds, a good breakfast, 24/7 coffee, and pet-friendly.
Overall, a comfortable stay, but better communication would make a difference.
We were disappointed by the unexpected €30/night pet fee, disclosed only after making a non-refundable booking. After contacting Booking, the fee was reduced, which we appreciated, but such charges should be communicated upfront.
The self check-in instructions were unclear, and we had to call the helpline late at night. The staff were helpful, though the process needs improvement.
There was also no hairdryer or shower gel, and some morning noise from the industrial surroundings.

Schöne, saubere Zimmer
Freundliches Personal
