Great value for money. Hotel clean
Breakfast was limited to a few items. However breakfast area was nicely decorated.

The staff was phenomenal, kind and helpful at every turn during our difficult time (A family member had passed away) in which we needed to stay an extra night to which they moved mountains for us. I would 100% stay again.
I loved everything, I couldn't really complain other than the location of Maysville down town being rather dead during our stay. And a local restaurant having a difficult owner is all. Nothing to truly complain about.

Breakfast was good. Love Bacon, eggs, juice, coffee. Was pleasantly surprised to get breakfast. When stay booked was under the impression breakfast was not available.
Room could have used a few more power outlets. Use of modern electronic devices I'm sure is stressing hotels to keep up.
Stepping in and out of a jacuzzi tub to take a shower was a bit risky. At minimum the tub needs some non slip materials applied.

The location! I loved the view from my room Riverside! The feel of the hotel was great !
The bed was broke down! Very uncomfortable! My husband tried to fix it but it was unfixable.
