Welcome to your cozy getaway in historic and beautiful Jamestown! Our 3 bed/2 bath cottage is steps away from the village: grocery, liquor store, playground, restaurants, shops & ferry to Newport w/ in walking distance. 10 min walk to Mackerel cove beach. You will have the front townhouse to yourself, separate entrance, front yard and 2-3 driveway spots. Relax on the patio, grill & entertain! Come get your Second Wind! Note: Upstairs has low ceilings. 1 bedroom and bathroom on 1st floor. 2 bedrooms and en suite bathroom on 2nd floor. Mssg if you can’t find the dates you are looking for!

I spent a long weekend with some friends, and we truly felt at home. The house was clean, well equipped and ideally located near the main street and shops. Communication with Katie was smooth and easy. The only slight downside is that the front yard is next to the road—traffic is limited, so it’s not a major concern, but it does offer a bit less privacy when outside.

The backyard is private and part of the house is shared with the renters grandma which was no bother at all but just something to be made aware of. The location of the house I thought was perfect. Next to a packy, across from a pizza shop, and really close to a little downtown area.
