You'll also have easy access to the outdoors, with the Animas Mountain Trailhead just two blocks away and an access point to the Animas River Trail only three blocks from the home. With a private patio, mountain views, and a convenient location near hiking, biking, restaurants, and shops, this home makes a comfortable base for exploring Durango and Southwest Colorado.
Built in 2014, this bright 1,238-square-foot townhome features an open floor plan, hardwood floors, and comfortable furnishings. After a day of exploring, relax in the living room with cable TV and WiFi, or step outside to enjoy the private patio, outdoor furniture, and gas grill.
The full kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The dining area offers seating for six, with two additional stools at the kitchen bar. A private washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Upstairs, both bedrooms offer mountain views. The light-filled primary bedroom features a king bed and an additional twin bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed.
