The hotel was brand new so everything was clean and nice in room. The bed was very comfortable.
Wished they had a dresser to put clothes. Only a small closet to hang a few items. With two people not enough space. The elevator did not work because of room card issues at least three times. Very frustrating.

The hotel had been open less than two months but the staff was very professional and personable. I had a Mobility Accessible room that was very large with more than enough space for wheelchairs to get around. There was a large cushioned sectional in the corner and the wall had windows that stretched the whole width.
The hotel design seemed to really encourage social gatherings, with multiple seating options in the lobby. Outside the front entry were more chairs, cornhole boards and a fire ring.
No work desk nor chair, and the only microwave was downstairs next to the bar/dining room. The large windows had two electric shades, one lightweight that reduced the afternoon sun and a light-blocking one that did not work. Staff apologized for the problem and were very helpful in making adjustments.

It was clean and comfortable
We specifically booked this property because it had an ADA room available. The only thing about this room that was ADA was the button that flashes lights. It was too small for a wheelchair user and was a real struggle for my mom’s walker. The bathroom was also not sufficient, with no handrails and there were no shower chairs available. I had to go to Walgreens and buy a stool so my mom could take a shower. This property should not advertise ADA rooms if they are not ADA accessible.
