About this bed and breakfast
Located in Campagnola di Zevio, just a few kilometers south of Verona, this 450 sqm guest house accommodates up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
You’ll find a spacious double room with the option for an extra bed and an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, fully accessible with no architectural barriers. Upstairs, there are 2 single rooms, each with a French bed and a small balcony, plus a shared bathroom. The property is shared with the homeowner. Guests under 18 are not permitted.
A fully equipped shared kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, and complimentary capsules is available. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, fan, and air conditioning in each room, as well as a communal living room with TV. Shared washer and dryer are available upon request. Underfloor heating is adjustable via thermostat (from November 1 to April 15).
Airport and train station shuttle services (up to 4 seats) are available for an extra fee.
Outdoors, relax in the shared garden, enjoy the communal outdoor pool, and use the shared barbecue.
A shared on-site parking space and bike storage are provided. Beach towels are supplied for your convenience. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. Audio and video recording devices are present in non-private common areas.
