As per previous reviews: Spacious beautiful 1st floor double room with small balcony. Big bathroom with decent shower and Bidet. Short walk to the historic centre. Good friendly bar and restaurant within 100m.
Rooms are well equipped with capsule espresso machine, light breakfast items and small fridge.
Alessandro is very friendly, knowlegable and accomodating.

Perfect location, few minutes walk to Verona center. Easy check in, host provided all necessary info ahead. Public parking option in vicinity (1 Euro per hr). Clean, comfortable apartment. Highly recommended.

Room is beautiful, clean and organised. Has everything you need! Host is super friendly and informative, gave us loads of help and tips on how to get around Verona. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything and a really nice neighbourhood. Close to the river, bars, restaurants, shops. Would come again in a heartbeat!

Great location. Amazing host who told us what to see and do in Verona. He was super nice and helpful. The room was quite lovely, small, but with everything necessary, and most importantly - clean.
The only thing I could mention is that it's located in the student area, so there are a lot of bars around, and on Saturday nights, of course, people would go out and play music and be loud until midnight. But it's of course not the fault of the owner. The place was still quite lovely!
