Location was useful to be near to the station
Roberto gave a helpful guide about what to see and where to eat
Breakfast offering was tiny in cafe opposite until day three when we were offered a second small sandwich. Strangely no English tea available ever just Earl Grey . In many previous accommodation I have stayed in Italy all offered English tea
Bathroom looking tired shower very rusty around the bottom. Had to request toilet paper as there were no spares
Information about the accommodation felt very focussed on rules and fines and did not feel welcoming

As stated before Roberto is very helpful and explained everything perfectly. The big bonus for here was the location, 15 minute walk into the old town! Off street parking close by as well!
Breakfast had limited options for vegetarians and less for vegans but the staff were very good

a) room was extremely dark / basement type
b) wifi didnt work for 2 days ( my entire stay)
