Location. Large comfortable bed . Balcony
Thought paper cups rather than china and glasses was mean especially for the price . Even then we were only given sufficient for one night stay so am assuming we were expected to reuse them . Some good away chairs would have been nice so we could both sit on the balcony . Also as I like air con during the night but my husband gets chilly a blanket would have been appreciated.

Good location, not far from the centre of Verona. Room was clean.
Beds were not made up and sheets provided were too small for the very generously sized bed. No hot water available to shower in the late evening. Balcony of one suite is just a corridor accessed from the bathroom, not a usable space.

Great location - 10 min walk from the station on arrival and a short walk into the centre of the amazing city of Verona
Communication was good on what’s app - instant replies
Large lockers to store luggage pre and post check in.
Room was clean and comfortable
Perfect base for our 1 night 2 day stay.

Beautifully appointed, good coffee machine and a fridge was really useful.
Not cleaned well. Lots of dust, the floor of the shower was dirty and needed scrubbing. Sent a message about early check in, never received a reply.
