Guests have private access to the home. Outdoor amenities including the beach frontage, fire pit, picnic tables, deck, and grill are shared with others on the property. Self check-in via smart lock, available 24/7 — access details are provided prior to arrival. Certain owner areas and storage spaces are restricted and clearly marked.

Inside, the cabin includes a dedicated bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room — perfect for families or two couples. The living area opens onto the kitchen, so whoever is cooking stays in the conversation, and there is room to spread out after a day on the water.

The kitchen is stocked with a stove, fridge, cookware, utensils, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, with coffee and filters provided. You’ll also have Wi-Fi, Smart TV, board games, room-darkening shades, fresh linens, and bath towels.

Just outside the cabin, the shared firepit and seating area offer a quiet place to relax by the lake. Whether you’re planning a romantic weekend, a family getaway, or a base for day trips, Little Lems is a quiet place to land at the end of the day.
