The apartment was just like the pictures. The view is amazing — that’s the main reason we booked it in the first place. It’s a spacious one-bedroom apartment, well equipped and partially renovated (although the bathroom could still use some work). Communication with the hosts was consistent and easy. Having an indoor parking spot was precious, and my daughter absolutely loved the pool. The central air conditioning also did its job beautifully, especially on a day when temperatures reached a record 42°C.
A few things to be aware of: the keys need to be picked up and returned at check-out from a locker inside a tobacco shop a few blocks from the building. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but the hosts might consider another option, especially since the building has a front desk with very friendly staff. They were actually a great help when our airline delivered our luggage only the day after we arrived. The check-out time is quite early, at 10:00 am. There is an option to pay extra for a late check-out, but unfortunately this wasn’t available for our dates. If you think you might need a later check-out, I’d recommend asking about it as soon as you make your booking.

Overall, we had a great stay and would happily come back. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, and in a peaceful beachfront location that’s hard to find in Valencia.
Highlights:
* Very good beachfront location.
* Cozy, freshly renovated apartment.
* Very quiet area, which is quite rare in Valencia.
* Lovely sea view.
* The kitchen is very well equipped.
* Great Wi-Fi.
No negative points. A few things to keep in mind before you travel:
* The keys need to be picked up at a different address, about a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Make sure to check the address in the instructions PDF.
* There’s a beach umbrella available to use, so there’s no need to bring or buy one.
