The hotel was fairly new, room was very nice everything was nice and clean. Had a full size fridge and everything thing you would need in a kitchen
The pillows were very soft

Hotel is new and very nice. We liked the kitchenette facilities in our room, including a full size fridge. The bed was comfortable and the room well appointed with a couch and ottoman. Staff were courteous and helpful.
The breakfast needs improvement. The hot food was the same both mornings we were there, sausage patties and eggs. The patties were dry and not very tasty. On our second morning, they did not have any milk, cream or bread available.

Passable
The check-in was abysmal as there was insufficient staff, the IT did not seem to be working properly. It took over 1 hr and customers became unruly. Thankfully the staff, one pey, was very patient and professional. I blame management for poor organization.
