It was wonderful

Everything was on point , it was clean, friendly people at the reception, room was clean and very comfortable bed

Extremely perfect for the one night we were there!

Very modern and elegant, my husband loved the rainforest shower head. The bed was extremely comfortable with lots of space.

The waffle maker needed non stick spray so breakfast was lacking. Also the bedroom needs more clothing storage.

Brand New facility, so is very clean and modern

Breakfast was basic and decent. Very polite staff

The coffee/hot water maker had a lot of left over coffee ground particles from previous users.

L accueil aucun sourire télévision qui fonctionne pas ds les 2 chambres se faire dire qu on va nous rembourser car ils n ont pas d autre chambre et garder le dépôt de sécurité la manager qui refusait de nous parler au moment de la cancellation et le lendemain mais après plusieurs plainte elle appelle et nous ment car le dépôt de sécurité a été changer la personne a l accueil qui nous menace 2 jours plus tard de nous changer 1 nuit plus le dépôt de sécurité les draps avait des y’a he’s d huile dessus et dans les coins de tapis des miettes au sol

Check in was quite smooth and the room was ready when we came in. Breakfast was appreciated and the room themselves were comfortable. We needed to get to the Canadian Tire Centre so the location was perfect, with a car.

only thing is the toilet was not properly secured to the floor. it was moving when you sat down. I advised them on check out.

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff

Friendly staff, bright and clean establishment. Fantastic rooms with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was an added. Bonus and was very good as well.

Short drive for restaurants. Cable TV could have more channels. Very basic.

It looks nice, rooms were spacious, and breakfast was good.

They were using paper plates and plastic cutlery for breakfast. Breakfast ends at 9 am. The receptionist seemed like he didn’t want to do anything. Location was horrible, absolutely nothing to do.

won’t be returning to this hotel

recently renovated. clean

charged us $150 damage deposit for 2 night stay. We are a 60+ y/o couple, likely not going to trash their room. On the other hand, TV in the room didn’t work all weekend and no resolution with front desk. If they are going to charge $150 in case we break something, then they should make sure rooms are 100# functional first

Comfortable, enjoyable

The property was very clean. The room was very spacious, the bed, oh my gosh was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! It was a very convenient location as the purpose of my stay was to go to watch a hockey game at the Canadian Tire Centre. it was also a close enough drive to shops.

The lack of food, no room service, only a continental breakfast is available.

very nice rooms and I will stay there again.

Good location to restaurants, grocery shopping, gas stations, and the venue.

No microwave on the floor, had to use the one at the front desk, so food was cold when I returned to the room.
