Location was great.
We had a 2 day stay. I was surprised that housekeeping did not come in our room. We didn't need the beds changed, but a quick clean on the bathroom and clean towels would have been appreciated. And the garbage taken out. We called for clean towels and they were brought up quickly. I guess it may be a hotel thing not to clean every day?

Front desk staff were terrific. Very friendly and helpful.
Disappointed with the Lobby Bar. We checked in at 9:30pm and were advised the bar was open til 11pm and food could be ordered til 10pm. We went to the Lobby Bar at 9:45 and the bartender advised us he was closed because it wasn't busy. He was still there but refused to serve us.
Not all the light switches and electrical outlets worked in our room, it seemed to be unfinished.

We like access to our room for unloading the car. The location was good.
Once again, we were put in a room with an adjoining door next to a room where loud music was being played. WE find, when travelling with our very quiet little dog, we get placed in these rooms with noisy neighbours ie, the partners or families with crying babies.
