The cleanliness and the friendliness of all of the staff.
Coffee was weak for those thst drink strong coffee. Would have been nice to have a strong brew as well as a regular brew.

The breakfast was very nice. The staff dealing with the food were excellent and super kind and extremely considerate and friendly! The room was big, only concern was could of used another place to sit besides the bed. A little couch or comfy chair would of been perfect. Otherwise excellent room. Slight stains on bed spread. Otherwise super clean..did not get extra pillow when asked housekeeping..they were still super polite.
Deposit was high..probably more of an issue with Booking.com. Booked with debit/credit but could not use same card without a $300.00 deposit. Instead of $100.00 deposit.

breakfast was fine. as expected.
location was perfect. for me.
I requested and was granted a late check out, which I love!..
unfortunately the front desk didn't relay this to the cleaning staff, which kinda sucked at 11 am when housekeeping came knocking.
