Basic accommodation but at a reasonable price. Rooms had been recently updated so we're very clean and modern. Location was OK. On an out of town retail area with some good eating options nearby. We used the bus service to get to Ottawa. This worked well but they get very busy.
Corridors are not as clean as the rooms (stained carpets). The breakfast room is really too small for the number of guests but there are enough options at least.
Needs secure WiFi.

complimentary American-style breakfast, nothing to complain.
It could get a bit noisy at night or early in the morning as the noise cancelation wasn't perfect.
There was no elevator in the building.
