We had a decent experience at your property. Property is in a great location. It has great potential for outside dining area, kids playground, outdoor grilling area, etc.
AC was needed at certain times of day and it functioned well.
We thought that overall, the value for the property was good.
The staff (EVAN) was friendly and helpful.
This property is still a work in progress and really isn't quite ready for guests yet.
There was no ice tray in the freezer. There were no coat hangers in the wardrobe. There was no trash can or trash bags in the kitchen. There was a great french press and hot pot but no coffee, sugar or sweetener. No toaster in kitchen. No plates, cutlery, cups, etc. Unit had a "musty" smell - probably just recent construction adhesive, joint compound, etc.
