Excellent vegetarian breakfast. Very dog friendly. Warm comfortable room. Hospitable hosts. Good value. Red Lion pub in village good for food. Good location for exploring mid Wales.

Lovely, cosy property with very welcoming hosts. They greeted us even though we arrived late at night and recommended a great local pub. The hot tub was definitely the highlight after 3 long days and nearly 100 miles of walking!
Nothing — everything was great and exactly what we needed after such a long walk.

The best breakfast we have ever had in a B&B- it was more like a posh London hotel (in a good way) excellently prepared to your own specification with a great choice and very high quality ingrediants. Also the nicest hosts we have ever stayed with- Sue and Kevin are very experienced in the hostlery business and it showed through so many little touches that they have perfected over the years- we would go back again tomorrow- excellent hot tub too, just great after walking in the fantastic Welsh hills. (Torrent Walk is worth looking out for near Dolgellau- which is a fantastic little town- great coffee shops and restaurants- Y Sospan was the best, and bakeries and play area for kids)
Nothing could have been better- even enjoyed the mist in the mountains and the Red Lion pub (1 mile away is also great for pub food- if you have a big appetite)- if you like scenic drives on single track roads the one to Bala from the Red Lion is supposed to be great- we were too cautious with kids in the car but it was recomended by our hosts.
