We stayed at Unique Lodges last week, and honestly, it was absolutely incredible. We’ve stayed in many beautiful places in the mountains and in similar types of accommodations, but this one truly exceeded everything we’ve experienced before.
The setting is unbelievably beautiful, and we loved that the lodge feels completely private and secluded. At the same time, you still have access to the café’s facilities, which was such a huge plus. Being able to enjoy breakfast, order room service and have dinner there made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable, especially because the lodge is quite remote in the mountains and you can’t simply walk to a restaurant or shop. For us, this made the stay even more perfect.
And then there’s Eva, the host, she was honestly a superhero. The way she takes care of her guests is incredible. She is always there, nothing is too much trouble, and she genuinely goes above and beyond to make your stay special. She somehow managed to make an already amazing experience even better.
We absolutely loved the jacuzzi, which felt like such a luxury surrounded by the mountains. The little fireplaces inside and outside made the evenings so cosy, and one of our favourite moments was lying on the bed outside in the little garden, looking up at the stars. It was incredibly romantic and peaceful.
And the silence… I’ve rarely experienced anything like it. Usually, even in remote places, you’ll hear a plane, a car, neighbours or something in the distance. Here, we heard absolutely nothing apart from the sounds of nature, just crickets in the evening. It was pure peace.
For us, this was genuinely the best place we have ever stayed. If you’re considering booking this place: do yourself a favour and go. You will not regret it. We would come back in a heartbeat.
What didn’t we like? Honestly, nothing. It feels almost laughable to even have to fill this in, because we genuinely loved everything. 😊

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität, Komfort und eine besondere Atmosphäre gelegt wird.
Besonders gefallen haben uns die Ruhe, der hervorragende Service, das tolle Frühstück, die Feuerstellen, der Whirlpool und der wunderbare Ausblick. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und wir haben uns dank Eva vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können Unik Lodges uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
