El personal increiblement generós i atent, ens van ajudar amb problemes de la habitació quan ho vam necesitar i sempre amb un somriure i super atents i rapids. Un molt bon esmorzar inclòs amb bones vistes i tranquil. La ubicacio es bona, camines 10 minuts i ja ets al centre de Ella amb tots els bars cafes i botigues. A mes a sota hi ha un spa que tenen descompte que va estar super bé i economic.
Va haver-hi goteres a la nostra habitació, ja que es un nou hotel.

Perfect location, central but outside the main road touristy chaotic noise. The staff was very welcoming and they also dropped us off at the bus station for free on our last day! The breakfast was also very good!
