The cleanliness of the property and the facilities provided.

The property is falsely advertised as it does not clearely state before the booking that it was a basement suite. It stated that the entire home was ours and we were not aware that we would be living in a basement suite which was extremely frustrating. The owner then further proceeded to knock on our door downstairs stating that we had made his house upstairs smell when we had simply only cooked breakfast. The host also continued to tell us that we were being loud when quite time (house rules) is between 10pm-7am, when this was not the case. Then continued to lie and state that it was until 8am. We should not be expected to eat breakfast at a time which the host decides as his ‘kids are asleep.’
