About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned holiday home for rent in Sarzeau, just 20 metres from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a floor area of 36 m² and sleeping up to 4 guests.
It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 100 m². Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
All rooms in the house are on one level.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
Upstairs
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm)
- A bathroom with a toilet
Outside:
- A lovely 100 m² garden and terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant setting, with the beach just 20 metres away.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transport:
For the convenience of local residents and to comply with current regulations, parking in front of the property is strictly prohibited, even for a few minutes.
A private car park located at the entrance to the estate is available for guests’ use and must be used throughout their stay.
If guests are travelling by van or in a vehicle that cannot access the private car park, we ask them to park in the nearby public car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Vannes, 27 km away
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 117 km away
On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘move-in-ready’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
Self-check-in is required:
Access to the property is available from 5.00 pm. The keys are to be collected from a secure Keycafe locker, located at the rear of the Cocoonr Presqu’île de Rhuys agency, approximately 15 minutes’ walk from the property.
