Nestled on 3.5 private, gated, fully fenced acres, this private hilltop estate is ideal for family vacations, group getaways, retreats, wedding accommodations, special celebrations, and weekend escapes.

One of the most unique experiences you’ll find anywhere is watching the Del Mar racehorses. These magnificent thoroughbreds are housed and trained in this area year-round and race every morning. From approximately 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM, relax on the wraparound deck with your morning coffee and watch the horses train and race—for free. It’s an exclusive experience that very few vacation rentals can offer.

The property is also home to a passion fruit farm, where guests are welcome to pick fresh, ripe passion fruit when it’s in season, creating another memorable experience during your stay.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor living areas, including the saltwater pool, Baja shelf, spa, 300-degree wraparound deck, front deck, luxury kitchen, laundry room, and all four bedrooms. You’re also welcome to enjoy the 3.5-acre gated property, relax in the outdoor dining areas, use the telescope, and pick fresh passion fruit from the farm when it’s in season.

Please note that any locked owner’s closets, maintenance areas, or utility spaces are not accessible to guests.
