*There is a 2nd dwelling on the property (a 3-bedroom house). This is a separate building not attached to the Loft. You will only share the driveway with that rental.
**Driveway has a slight incline and can be alittle tough in the wintertime. 4wheel or all wheel drive is highly recommended during snowy winter months.
**The fireplace is under repair.

You are also just a short drive to several state parks and miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Lutsen Mountains Ski Resort and Summer Recreation area are just a 30-minute drive away.
