RECENTLY UPDATED 2 bedroom cottage located right on Swan River! Launch kayaks, canoes, and other personal water craft from the dock directly in front of the cottage! The sandy shore of Nantucket Sound is just a short paddle up Swan River. This unit located at "Fisherman's Village" and has everything you will need for a great Cape vacation. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a twin and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Enjoy the lovely cross breeze off the salty water or for your comfort, each bedroom is equipped with a window AC unit. Enjoy the spacious deck offering water views of Swan River and access to the association dock. Don't miss out on the star filled sky view from the outdoor shower, a true Cape Cod treat! Owner will allow 1 dog with a added fee. Short getaways available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights.
