I was honestly a little hesitant to book this apartment at first because it had very few reviews, but I’m SO glad I did. It completely exceeded my expectations and was worth every cent! The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos — much bigger and more spacious than I expected, beautifully decorated, and everything feels new and well-maintained. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the shower was good, and everything in the apartment worked exactly as it should. It really felt like a proper home rather than just a place to sleep. Everything was clean, fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Communication was also excellent from beginning to end. They sent us all the information we needed very clearly, which made check-in and the entire stay super easy, and they were always incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful whenever we needed anything. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is perfect. You are literally on one of the main streets of Bairro Alto, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, bars, and everything you could possibly need, with so much of Lisbon within walking distance. Surprisingly, the apartment itself was very quiet, which was a huge plus. You get all the benefits of staying right in the heart of Bairro Alto without feeling like you’re sleeping in the middle of the nightlife. The only thing worth mentioning is that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are quite narrow and steep, so keep this in mind if you have mobility issues or are traveling with very heavy luggage. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation! :)
