- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

- Stairs: All three bedrooms and both full bathrooms are located on the second floor. Guests should be comfortable using stairs.

- Parking: Free driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Street parking may be restricted.

- Security: Exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance, driveway, and exterior of the property for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor spaces.

- No smoking or vaping: Smoking, vaping, and the use of recreational drugs are prohibited anywhere inside the home. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.

- Pets: Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance or required by law (e.g., service animals).

- Self Check-in: A unique door access code will be sent on the day of arrival after your reservation is confirmed.

- Starter Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter supply of coffee, tea, sugar, creamers, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and basic toiletries. Guests staying for longer periods may need to purchase additional supplies.
