Nestled in this lush 1+ acre property is a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom beachfront retreat, combining the modern 2-bedroom main pool villa with a separate 1-bedroom beachfront cottage. Together, they provide the perfect balance of shared gathering spaces, ultimate relaxation, and privacy for families and groups.
The pool villa has 2 large bedrooms - one with a king bed and a second with 2 queen beds. Each has its own bathroom. There is also a full kitchen, dining for 8, and living area spilling through sliding glass doors to a huge pool deck and breathtaking, elevated views of the beach. Just steps away, the separate 1 bedroom beachfront cottage serves as the third bedroom, offering its own private retreat with a king-size bed, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting living and dining areas. Wake to the gentle sound of the waves and breathtaking views of Exuma's turquoise waters from your own beachfront hideaway. Both villas showcase a modern, minimalist decor with cleanliness and comfort as the absolute priorities.
You may never want to leave the compound with its beachfront pickleball court, half court basketball, heated saltwater pool, kayaks, SUPs, grill, beach chairs/umbrellas, ping pong table, bluetooth speakers, smart TVs, starlink internet, games and books, and everyone’s favorite morning coffee and evening cocktail spot - the modern beach gazebo with swinging chaise and rocking chairs! All backed up with a generator and water holding tank so the fun is never interrupted.
If you do convince yourself to leave, you will quickly appreciate Beyond Blue’s perfect location. Many tours, beaches, restaurants etc. are at opposite ends of the island, and Beyond Blue is right in the middle. The Beyond Blue team is more than happy to help you plan the perfect itinerary - swimming pigs, sandbars, beach bar hopping, and, our favorite secret tour - to catch fish for lunch and swim while your captain prepares it on a deserted cay! Our stay at Beyond Blue was perfect. The views are beautiful and the house has plenty of room for two couples or small family. Plenty of amenities and was stocked well and very clean. We will be back!
