## Good to Know Before You Book

This listing is for the **main house only**.

There is a separate granny flat located at the rear of the property, which may occasionally be occupied by other guests during your stay. The granny flat has its own private entrance, allowing both groups to come and go independently. While the outdoor area is shared, we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of one another, respect each other's privacy, and keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm.
