Bring the whole family to this beautifully refreshed 5-bedroom farmhouse in Edgartown’s quiet Dodger’s Hole neighborhood. Rock away the afternoon on the wraparound porch, gather ten around the table, and unwind in the open, sun-filled living spaces. A first-floor primary suite, four more bedrooms, den, basement lounge, sunny deck, swingset, firepit, and outdoor shower give everyone room to spread out. Sleeps 10. The perfect Vineyard basecamp.

First floor layout: The house opens into a large open space with a sitting area with couch and chairs to the left, a large dining table to the right with 8 chairs, and toward the kitchen in the back a high top bistro table with 3 stools, as well as 3 additional stools at the counter. There's a full bathroom attached to the kitchen and a den with a large couch and TV attached to that. Finally there's a primary bedroom suite with a large walk-in closet inside the bathroom with two sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a standing shower.
Second floor layout: Four bedrooms, each with closets that have built-in shelves and drawers for clothes, and a full bathroom with two sinks, and a shower with a tub. Bedrooms are identified by names:
- Inkwell: 1 queen with TV
- Oak Bluffs: 2 twins
- Aquinnah: 1 queen with desk
- Menemsha: 1 queen with TV
Basement layout: Large open space with a TV, couch, two lounge chairs, a card table with 4 chairs, as well as a small table for kids. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Outdoors: Full wraparound porch with various places to sit, outdoor dining table with 8 chairs, two outdoor couches, grill, firepit with chairs, swingset and large back yard. Shed is accessible to guests and has 10 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for guest use. Large U shaped driveway which comfortably fits several cars.
