Clean, nicely decorated, lots of little conveniences (like the coffee machine, ample towels, cookies, even makeup removal packs), friendly and helpful owners who wanted to make sure I was comfortable, good bed and pillows, power outlets in the right places.
Only problem when I stayed was the A/C wasn’t able to cool at the same time as the hot water heats, so the A/C turned off for an hour or two. The owner came by and explained what was wrong, and did what he could to help, offering cookies and milk and whatever else. I think this might just be because the hotel was a month old when I was there, and they were still figuring out little things like that. So it might be fixed soon?

It was a pleasant surprise for a last minute reservation in the middle of a long journey. The owner was extremely responsive, nice and helpful from the beginning. The apartment itself was as clean and tidy as it could be, everything new and working perfectly. It had even more amenities than we were expecting - we loved the details! The location is good, seconds from the center and Picasso's Guernica mural in the beautiful town. There's parking right in front.

Tolle, liebevoll eingerichtete Apartments in bester Lage fußläufig zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Gernika, viele weitere Annehmlichkeiten (Getränke, Toilettartikel, Waschmaschine), sympathische Vermieter, die uns Tipps für die Stadt gaben.
