- the location is very good
- the room and the bed are confortable
- if you are searching for a quiet place don’t go as there is a music until 3 am just under you.

We were looking for an inexpensive place to sleep the night.
Location was perfect, a few doors down from Rue Saint Catherine Street.
Price was right as we didn't want to pay for amenities that were not going to be used.
Look for email with directions on how you enter or you will encounter what we did "before entry".
Before entry:
- Listing shows incorrect address; correct address 1238 NOT 1233.
- A local bar bouncer showed us the right location (not the first time this happened)
- Owner returned my call and instructed me how to access both key boxes (Entry and apartment - which were on the email that I MISSED... had I read the email, however the first keybox location instructions are not nearly clear enough to identify the right one... maybe make it a different color or add a bow to it )
Pictures were of a bright and and airy room.
After entry:
Our reality was different - functional, not pretty.
- Dimly lit room and dark walls.
- 4 remotes. 2 turned on the TV, 1 didn't work for anything. Found the Roku remote in-between the bed sheets?!?
Shower had stains; shower wand worked better than shower head.

We were 4 persons and each one of us booked a room. Location is gorgeous. Near all restaurants, bars . We did shopping in downtown few minutes from there .
