Your rental includes proximity cards for access to The Galena Territory Owners' Club, an exclusive amenity available to property owners and their guests. Enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, waterslides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, basketball and tennis courts, a seasonal snack bar, WiFi, and a playground. Be sure to explore Lake Galena, the Shenandoah Riding Center, and the miles of scenic hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Please note that amenity access is never guaranteed, and refunds or discounts are not provided if any amenities are unavailable during your stay.

A 30% payment is required at the time of booking (this is a payment, not a deposit). The remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. At that point, the reservation becomes non-refundable, and dates cannot be changed. Payments will be automatically charged to the card on file, and all due dates and amounts will be outlined in your rental agreement. After booking, you will receive an electronic rental agreement that must be signed within 48 hours to secure your reservation. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay. Our cancellation policy is not flexible, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Travel insurance is available at booking and up to 15 days before check-in through CSA.

The house was as advertised and very comfortable for the six of us and our dog. The billiard table, poker table, and extra large sofa in the basement was great way to spend time together. We enjoyed the GTA Owner's Club amenities too. The pool, workout room, and basketball court were great ways to get out when it was raining.

Perfect spot for a multi-generational family vacation. It was all we hoped for - stylish, well-equipped, and spotless. We loved our stay!

This was our second stay at the property given that we really liked it the first time around in 2025. it definitely met our expectations. It’s clean, roomie, great for family entertainment, and property management is very responsive. I highly recommend staying at this house.
