Make yourself comfortable! Outdoor furniture cushions are stored in the bin on the deck. The kitchen is stocked with aluminum foil for the grill, basic spices, cooking oil, pots, pans, cookie sheets, cutting boards, dishes, silverware, measure spoons and an assortment of cooking utensils.
Please Note: The back shelves in the basement are for house property only and should not be used by guests. The gas stove in the basement is not operational.

You’ll be staying in the quiet, residential Lagoon Beach neighborhood along Saginaw Bay. This peaceful waterfront community offers a relaxed atmosphere with beautiful shoreline access.
Nearby attractions include:
- Downtown Bay City (shops, restaurants, and marinas – ~10 minutes)
- Bay City State Park
- Wenonah Park and Riverwalk
- Bay County Historical Museum
- Local marinas and boat launches
- My favorite restaurant - Castaway's at the intersection of State Park Rd and Boy Scout Rd, less than 1 mile away
It’s the perfect blend of a tranquil bayside setting with convenient access to local amenities and attractions.
Residential two lane neighborhood roads around home. Good for walking or riding a bike / scooter.
Conveniently located near downtown Bay City, marinas, restaurants, and local attractions. This quiet residential neighborhood offers excellent waterfront access and a nearby State park.
Daily or non-resident park access is available via self-pay stations or the visitor center. The park includes a spray park, playground, EV charging station, fishing pier, picnic areas, biking, hiking, cross country skiing and more.
