This particular condo is not direct oceanfront, but the balcony is on the side and offers an ocean view.
Sleeps 4 guests. Features one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances, AC, WiFi, smart tv’s, cable, and games. Community offers private access to the beach, private pool for guests, laundry facility, community grill, parking, beautifully landscaped grounds.
Enjoy the breathtaking ocean views from your private covered balcony. Kitchen includes bar with seating for two and separate table with seating for 4.
This condo features a well-appointed living room with new 55” TV, soft lighting, and a view of the ocean, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Includes board-games, reading books, and puzzles.
Large Master bedroom sleeps 2 with a king bed and comfortable mattress, 55"TV, pillows, dresser, small closet, and a private ensuite step in shower. Linen service available for rent.
The guest bedroom offers a Queen bed, closet and dresser. Linen service available for rent.
Both bathrooms have two 24" towel bars, one hand towel bar, hooks on the back of the doors and 4 hooks on the walls. There are also over-the-door hooks on the bedroom doors. So plenty of places to hang your towels and bathing suits.
LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Upon booking, you will get links to 3 different linen companies where you can easily rent what you need. They drop off and pick up.
The updated Kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless-steel appliances and all dishware. Kitchenware: regular coffee maker AND Keurig coffeemaker, toaster oven, pots, pans, oven mitts/hot pads, and utensils that one would need to easily prepare meals.
Dining table with seating for 4 accommodates meals and plenty of provided games and reading material ensure your family makes the most of every minute.
There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo.
There are 5 beach chairs and one Beach Bub umbrella available for use. Community offers private access to the beach, private pool for guests, community grill, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
