About this house rental
Welcome to your Matunuck beach getaway! This 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 7 guests and offers beautiful views of the ocean spanning from Deep Hole Fishing Area to Point Judith Lighthouse. The house includes a large outdoor deck with comfortable seating, air conditioning, an outdoor shower, and a South Kingstown Town Beach pass for your stay.
The location of the house will give you walkability to both beaches and local businesses. The closest beach access is Deep Hole Fishing Area, East Matunuck State Beach and South Kingstown Town Beach for which we supply a parking pass. The neighborhood is quiet however you are also walking distance to local businesses, including The Ocean Mist, The Pub, Matunuck Surf Shop, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Seaview Market.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests across three bedrooms, two rooms with a queen sized bed and one with a full/twin bunk bed.
Our location offers easy access to nearby attractions as well. We are a 15 minute drive from The University of Rhode Island, 30 minutes from Newport, 40 minutes to Mystic and 20 minutes to Point Judith and the Block Island Ferry.
With water views, a great deck, walkability, beach access and the laid-back atmosphere Matunuck is known for, this is an easy place to settle in and enjoy a true Rhode Island coastal getaway.
Please note that linens are not included for your stay - we ask that guests provide their own sheets and towels. As an alternative a linens package can be purchased for an extra fee.

We had an excellent stay. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of utensils and even a nice variety of spices. The view is absolutely spectacular, and the house is incredibly comfortable — from the cozy couch to the comfortable beds. For a pet-friendly home, it was exceptionally clean. We will definitely stay again!
