Immerse yourself in one of Burnaby's safest and most convenient communities. Nature lovers will adore being a short walk from the beautiful Deer Lake Park, with its lovely trails for walking and jogging. Despite this tranquility, you are perfectly positioned as a central hub. You are just a few minutes' drive from Metropolis at Metrotown, Canada's second-largest shopping mall, for world-class shopping and dining. Access to the Edmonds SkyTrain Station is also convenient, providing an easy, traffic-free trip to Downtown Vancouver. Best of all, you can enjoy ample free street parking right outside your door.

We believe a memorable stay begins with true comfort and convenience. The bright living space invites you to unwind on the comfortable sofa, which easily converts into an additional bed, while you stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. Adjacent is the fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, stove, and oven. You'll have everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple morning coffee with the provided coffee maker. When it's time to rest, retreat to the serene bedroom, where a hotel-quality queen-sized bed with premium linens promises a peaceful night's sleep. The sparkling clean private bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, and for complete convenience during longer stays, you'll have exclusive use of the in-suite washer and dryer.



Guest Access:

You will have complete and exclusive access to the entire one-bedroom suite during your stay, ensuring total privacy. Entry is seamless and convenient via a secure smart lock keypad located at your own private entrance, allowing for easy self-check-in at your preferred time. For those arriving by car, we are pleased to offer ample free street parking directly in front of the property on our quiet residential street.



Please note that while the suite and its entrance are entirely for your use, it is attached to the main house where we, the hosts, reside.

- Please remove outdoor shoes inside to help protect the floors.

- Overnight stays for registered guests only.

✨Family home (sound notice)

Your suite is private with no shared indoor spaces, but it is part of a family home on the same property.

A family with young children lives in the main house, so you may occasionally hear normal household sounds (kids laughing/playing, footsteps), especially during daytime.

Most guests are comfortable with this, but if you’re very sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit.



Interaction with Guests:

We want your stay to be smooth, comfortable, and stress-free while still giving you plenty of privacy.



This is a self check-in property, and detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you before arrival, including everything you need for an easy and convenient check-in experience. You’re welcome to arrive anytime after the designated check-in time.



While we do not meet guests in person, we are always available through the Airbnb app if you need any assistance during your stay. We do our best to respond promptly to questions, concerns, or unexpected issues.
