The living room features plenty of comfortable seating, a TV, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to the private balcony overlooking the Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large dining table, providing the perfect space to prepare and enjoy meals together.
The primary suite offers a queen bed, a TV, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors with direct balcony access, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The guest bedroom features two queen beds, a TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with another shower and tub combination.
For added convenience, the unit also includes a washer and dryer.
