A large sectional couch invites everyone to relax in front of the gas fireplace while enjoying the smart TV and sound system. The living room also features a bar-height table with seating for four, creating additional space for conversation or casual dining. A nearby half bath adds convenience for guests.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each feature queen beds and share a full bathroom with a shower and tub combination. This level also includes a cozy den space with a couch, beanbag, and a smart TV—perfect as a movie room or relaxing hangout area. From the den, step onto a small private deck with seating for two.
