There is no air conditioning at this home. Tahoe's cool mountain evenings naturally help keep the home comfortable. For the best experience, we recommend opening the windows at night to bring in the cool mountain air, then closing the windows, doors, and blinds before leaving for the day to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.

While these situations are uncommon, we appreciate your patience should they occur. Any refund requests related to unforeseen issues such as utility outages or appliance malfunctions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
