Hi, my wife (Cat) and I are two frenchies from the East Coast, and this is our van "La Transition", which we designed ourselves to be the best expedition vehicle, while being able to work remotely. We lived full-time in our van for almost 2 years, even spend a -40C winter comfortably! We’ve taken it across the country a few times and reached some pretty spectacular remote places. Being a mechanical engineer, I always wanted to design my dream expedition vehicle, and this was it. We had numerous needs for our long list of adventure sports passions, and a LOT of thought went into the design and construction of this van. Firstly, it was made using family-milled Eastern White Cedar, and White Pine, which truly give it a one-of-a-kind look and ***ODOR***! The “log-cabin” vibe gives the van a very cozy interior, and remarkable details. Secondly, some truly unique design features make this van unlike any other van. Other than the list of primary features below, the van was intended to be comfortable to be lived in by a couple, without sacrificing features of a modern home. Whether you have a remote job, or want to stream movies on a mountain top, the technological features of this van will likely surpass your needs.
