• All guests will be asked to complete their registration with an online check-in form and ID verification. This is to ensure a safe stay for all guests and is required for property access.

• The cleaning fee of $450 is included in reservation total.

• Stays over 30 nights require bi-weekly cleanings. Guests are responsible payment and cleanings will be coordinated by Nonpareil Stays.

• Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)

• Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.

• We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings may be welcome, with pre-approval.
