Living: The living area features plush all-reclining furniture and a large Smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a day in Old Town. The space is open and social, ready for group hangouts or quiet evenings in. (Please note: the wood-burning fireplace is decorative only and is not available for use.)

Kitchen/Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric 4-burner range, single oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, and Keurig. Everything you need is stocked for preparing meals at home. Enjoy casual dining inside or head outside to the propane BBQ for easy outdoor cooking.

Primary Suite: King bed with Smart TV and private en-suite bathroom featuring a shower.

No Parties or Events: Please respect the property occupancy and parking limits.
Security Cameras: Cameras are installed at the front door and side of the garage to monitor occupancy and emergency situations only.
Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.
